Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, 10/10. Joan and the whole team not only found me better rates, but also updated me when these changed to find an even better deal again. Not only that, but they helped put pressure on solicitors to keep my sale/purchase moving, AND fixed issues the mortgage providers had before it became a problem for me. We have used Solutions Mortgage Centre ever since we set up our first Mortgage 8 years ago. Joan & Megan have both helped us endlessly with our queries. They honestly go the extra mile to ensure we get the best possible deal, and go above & beyond working tirelessly behind the scenes to do all of the hard work that we wouldn't know how to navigate our way through! We can't thank them enough along with the admin staff who are all lovely. Would 100% recommend to anyone who's looking for help with their mortgage or insurance and we will be sticking with them going forward.

I was recommended Solutions via a friend and it proved to be the best recommendation I could have received for Mortgage advise and Brokerage. Amazing service from Megan and the Solutions Mortgage Centre Team. Megan was so friendly and approachable no amount of my questions were too much or ever went unanswered! Megans organisation and communication was excellent, I always knew exactly where everything was up to and received regular updates throughout all stages. Couldn’t recommend her more, she made the whole experience of buying my first home so much less stressful 🙂

As always cannot fault Mortgage Solutions and especially Joan, who is always there for you, and makes the whole process seamless from beginning to end. I would never use anyone else, and have told many friends and relatives to not even think about looking anywhere else if they ever need a financial advisor. Absolutely marvellous every time, thank you Joan and all the team.

I have used Megan twice now and each time she has been exceptional. She is very professional and her communication was also excellent, she provided me with lots of reassurance and went above and beyond to get my mortgage application completed as quick as possible. Thank you kindly, I would like to reiterate my thanks to Joan, who has been absolutely incredible in guiding us through this process. We were/are novices to say the least, and I can’t imagine how much more difficult things would have been without her guidance. She took extra time to explain everything to us, so much so that I would go as far as to say that she was our mortgage educator, not simply advisor. We will be recommending you to all our friends. From start to finish these guys helped make the whole process so much smoother. Being first time buyers we had zero clue and Megan helped us with every question however stupid it may seem. Megan helped in every stage of the process to make sure everything was going ahead as planned and even with a few hiccups from other parties she managed to sort everything out and put us at ease. If Megan wasn’t in (which occurred maybe once over our entire process) other staff were there to be just as helpful and pass on all the information needed. Joan and Carol were just as helpful throughout!

My partner and I chose Solutions Mortgage out of all the others for the purchase of our new home based on recommendation by my dad. The agent who handled our case was Megan, who was beyond professional, going above and beyond in terms of customer service and keeping us informed and acting on behalf with the other parties involved I.e the solicitors on both sides, the lender and the estate agents. Everything went smoothly and we are now happily in our new home after not a long process (even despite the complications of covid on processes). It would have not been as easy without her service, she is a brilliant ambassador for the company.

It took us nearly 8 months due to Covid and other issues but never in that time did I feel that I couldn’t phone and get an update in the situation. Very polite and always happy to help. Me and my partner have just bought our first home, and we met quite a few hurdles on the way with all the covid restrictions and lack of lenders at the moment. However Megan and her team could not have made it easier if they tried, they took a huge weight off our shoulders and did all the leg work. If we were unsure about anything they knew the answer. Unbelievable service! I cannot thank them enough. I will 100% be using them again in the future. Megan literally went above and beyond, and probably helped us with things that isn’t even part of her job description!

We decided to move house during a global pandemic and of course we were worried about our mortgage options! Megan swooped in and took care of everything! The whole process was stress free and Megan always took the time to explain everything in detail which was really appreciated. As a first time buyer I had lots of worries and was very unsure on the process of buying your first home as a whole. But Megan was super helpful and made everything very stress free and worry free. She sorted out all the different things I needed and if I was ever unsure she was very quick to reply and always put my mind at ease. I would recommend solutions mortgage centre to anyone who wants to save money and have an easy and stress free mortgage and house buying service. I’ll definitely be back for my renewal. Megan was recommended to me by a mutual friend and I am so grateful she was – she has been AMAZING!! I am a first time buyer and was so nervous about getting my first mortgage. But Megan has been delightful, extremely helpful and supportive, and an absolute rock through the whole journey. She showed me all the options, including some available to first time buyers that a previous mortgage advisor never even mentioned. I’ve managed to buy the most amazing property and Megan has been there to support me the whole way. I cannot thank her enough. Highly recommend!
