For establishing your needs, undertaking research and making a recommendation, we charge a typical fee of £499. Our broker fee is charged in two stages with an initial fee of £249 being payable at application stage and the remaining £250 payable when your application has been agreed and your offer is issued by the lender.
For more complex cases involving adverse credit, buy to let, debt consolidation for example, we reserve the right to charge a fee up to £995. The exact amount will depend on your individual circumstances however this will be agreed with you before the work is undertaken.
